Based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, The Reference is a dynamic rock trio featuring Sean Etheridge (bass/vocals), Lee Schroeder (drums/vocals), and Craig Pacernick (guitar/vocals).  Drawing from a rich tapestry of influences including punk, classic rock, garage rock and modern rock, the band crafts original songs that chronicle the everyday experiences and challenges of middle-age with honesty, wit and powerful musicianship.    With all three members contributing vocals, The Reference delivers diverse vocal perspectives that complement their catchy, raw and unfiltered riff-based music.
